I'd like to think of it as "just right"

I know this is a "what are Mark and Jessi up to?" type blog, but I want to tell you a funny student story.

We had our Back to School night where all of the parents come to meet the teachers and get the curriculum and such.  The Specialists (art, PE, music, library, technology, rhythm and movement) were all standing in the library waiting for parents to come.

One of the more rambunctious fourth grade boys came up and stood there watching us for awhile when he intererrupted:

"Mrs. Miller, I want to tell you two things. One, I like your shoes [gold sandals] and two, I like the color of the paint on your toes [teal]."

"Why, thanks G***. That's very nice of you to notice."

"Are you going to wear that tomorrow?"

"Oh, no way."

"What?! What are you going to wear?"

To mess with him, I said, "Mr. B***** [PE] and I are trading outfits for tomorrow."  Keep in mind that I'm wearing a coral knee-length dress and he's wearing a button up and tie.

The cherub goes over to John and with total dramatics goes "You can't switch clothes! He's so tall, and you're so...so...so medium!"

Diplomat in the making, I swear.
